Genesis10 set out to be a company that cares about people and communities, creating prosperity in America and protecting our planet, operating in a way that aims to eliminate waste and encourage continual use of resources.

Our contribution is through job creation in communities where otherwise these jobs don’t exist as well as by building tech talent through training.

We are committed to managing our impact on the earth responsibly, and conduct our business in ways designed to protect and preserve our physical environment for the many generations to come. Our initiatives include:

• Increase our use of recycled products, use energy-efficient equipment, and purchase more organic and sustainably harvested products
• Purchase more products locally
• Adopt the highest environmental standards exceeding all relevant legislative requirements
• Reduce risks from environmental, health or safety hazards for employees and others
• Assess our organizational activities and identify areas where we can minimize impacts
• Train employees in good environmental practice and encourage involvement in environmental action

In keeping with our core values since inception, we actively encourage and make it possible for our people to give back and support dozens of diverse charities and other organizations with contributions of time, energy, financial and other forms of support. The charities that we support are important to our employees. As a company we have decided to support the charities within the communities that we operate within in lieu of client gifts or holiday parties. Our role model is Genesis10 Founder and CEO Harley Lippman who gives selflessly of himself to global, national and local causes, including solely funding an orphanage in Cambodia that his family has been working with for the past 16 years. For these good works, Harley has been honored in Washington D.C. by members of Congress and other statesmen.
