Genesis10 Wins 2024 Best of Staffing Awards for Service Excellence

For the second consecutive year, Genesis10 has received a Best of Staffing Client and a Best of Staffing Employee Award for providing a superior experience for clients and employees. Fewer than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada earn the Best of Staffing designation for Client Satisfaction. Fewer than 1% earn Best of Staffing for Employee Satisfaction.

Staffing agencies earning the designations have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients and employees.

Dev10, Genesis10’s tech talent arm, also won a 2024 Best of Staffing Award for Client Satisfaction for a second consecutive year. Dev10 did not participate in the employee award.

How clients rate Genesis10:

Genesis10 received a Net Promoter® Score of 95.1% from clients, significantly higher than the industry average of 36% in 2023.

Nearly 22% of Genesis10’s clients provided ratings, giving a comprehensive view into the high quality service provided.

Genesis10’s score is about the same as last year, when we received a Net Promotor Score of 95.3% from clients.
