James Wilton, managing director at Genesis10 and head of our Charlotte office, was recently interviewed by the Charlotte Business Journal. Wilton was quoted as part of an article headlined, "How Charlotte's largest temporary staffing companies are identifying talent with AI."
Wilton shared the following about how Genesis10 is utilizing AI to assist during the recruiting process:
"In our recruiting efforts, we've embraced AI to streamline parts of the process," he said. "This includes sourcing and screening candidates, analyzing resumes and job applications, and conducting pre-employment assessments. Additionally, AI helps craft job descriptions, formulate interview questions, and facilitate communication through email or text. Among the tools we leverage are ATS AI Candidate Matching, Mya Conversational AI, HackerRank Coding Assessment, and ChatGPT. These technologies have enhanced our efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and engaging talent."
