Genesis10 has once again been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) annual list of the Largest Staffing Firms in the U.S. as ranked by staffing revenue in 2023.

SIA_2024_Logos_LargestStaffingFirms_US To qualify for inclusion on the list, a company had to report a minimum of $100 million in staffing-related revenue, which means 241 firms were included. That’s down from 251 firms that made the cutoff for the previous year’s list.

Genesis10 On The Rise

Genesis10 has steadily increased its ranking on the SIA Largest Staffing Firms List. In 2018, we ranked at No. 165. Since that time, we've climbed 43 spots to rank at No. 122 on this year's list.

“Genesis10 has enjoyed steady organic growth over our 25 years in business,” said Glenn Klein, president and CFO of Genesis10. “We are proud to once again earn a spot on this list and look forward to continued growth in the future.”

Since its founding by CEO Harley Lippman in 1999, Genesis10 has fostered an entrepreneurial culture that has enabled us to grow in ways that better support our clients. Our family of services includes IT staffing, non-IT staffing, onshore delivery centers, and talent development.

In 2023, we also marked a significant milestone by earning certification as a Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) through the organization Disability: IN. This certification establishes us as a diverse supplier of staffing services. In fact, SIA recently named us to its list of diversity-owned staffing firms.

More On The SIA Largest Staffing Firms List

SIA’s list of the largest staffing firms includes staffing-related revenue, which it defines as revenue generated from the provision of temporary workers to business clients; “place and search” services (direct hire/permanent placement and retained search); and “temp-to-hire” conversions.

According to SIA, the 241 firms on the 2024 list generated $145.2 billion. That's down from $168.8 billion reported the previous year.

“Despite a challenging year for the staffing industry, the 241 firms included on this year’s list is only down slightly from last year’s record of 251 firms, an impressive sign of resilience among industry leaders,” said SIA Research Analyst Kevin Chen, author of the report. “Furthermore, as a sign of how much the staffing industry has grown in recent years, only 175 firms were included on the list in 2020. While 2024 is shaping up to be another difficult year, the firms on this year’s list show that staffing firms continue to be valuable partners in talent acquisition.”

Genesis10 has consistently been in the headlines this year. We were named a Top Workplace in New York by the daily newspaper AMNewYork and a Best Company for Career Growth and Leadership by Comparably.
