Genesis10 recently received not one, but two prestigious national recognitions from the workplace culture platform, Comparably.
Genesis10 was named a Best Company for Career Growth in the large companies category, alongside such recognizable names as Boston Consulting Group, ADP, Uber and Hubspot. Genesis10 also made Comparably’s list of the Best Leadership Teams in the large companies category. Bold-faced names on that list include TopGolf, Adobe and Instacart.
Comparably’s lists and rankings are based on millions of anonymous sentiment ratings from employees who submitted feedback over the past 12 months. The companies on the career growth list were found to offer the best professional development opportunities, while the leadership teams list focused on employee ratings of CEOs, executive leadership and direct managers.
